If I could rate Cheryl with more than 5 stars she would receive them! From the beginning of our home search Cheryl was there for us. We were moving from Pennsylvania to find a home in the Unionville area to be close to family. She worked her schedule around ours so that we could fill the day with house hunting! She listened carefully as to what we were looking for in our new home. As we looked at each house she pointed out things to consider about each of these potential homes. Once we found one we liked she quickly arranged a second visit to the house and she spent hours with us as we walked through and examined house and property. She kept right on top of the paperwork and made sure all inspections were completed in a timely manner. She was continually following up with the Sellers Agent to ensure everything was running as expected.
