Natalie sold our house quickly and for asking price! She was always available via phone or text, attentive. She answered all questions and reassured a nervous seller, never flustered by repeated questions. I found Natalie after having so many bad experiences with realtors and being desperate to find a quality realtor. I found her by reading so many positive reviews she had on a another site and took a chance. Natalie really does make you feel like she's your best friend through the whole process, which was appreciated since the whole thing was overwhelming and stressful. She always picked up her phone or called back promptly and answered all my questions no matter how many with patience. She goes above and beyond and is fun to talk to. She doesn't give you less attention because your house is less expensive either. She was so quick at getting the listings for me based on my preference and following up with the seller agent, title company and lender. in fact she recommended the best lender, which I did use after I had such bad experiences with other lenders. The lender she reccommended approved me for the most money, which was so much higher than the other lenders and worked so fast, including staying in constant contact with me. She also recommended the title company and inspector, which were equally fabulous. Once I found Natalie, I had a great team working for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an effective, hard working realtor.
