All I can say is, Tony Cornner went above and beyond what most realtors provide in their normal course of business. Just days after having a hip replaced he was out working in our yard changing the front landscape to make the curb appeal greater on our house. Tony had great connections with the trades that were able to repair and fix issues that the new homeowner required prior to the sale and procured those at a reasonable cost. This at a time when most won't even return your call for a small job! Previous realtors I've worked with told me what I needed to do to improve the sale and left it up to me to figure out the logistics, Tony either worked directly himself or provided a contact that could provide the fix! This greatly increased my trust in him making a successful sale as he also had sweat equity involved in our project, this in addition to any commission's he may get.
