i would not have gotten this gem of a home without her. she knew the listing agent and they like working together. also she is tenacious and loves her work. my 1031 tax exchange was no problem for her too. the escrow co. blue ink is located in the same complex so she knows exactly what to do and when to accomplish it. she does her own docusigns and that can be a whole separate job that many agents give to others and charge both sides a separate fee. not beatrice she does it all. my hat is off to her for her performance. this was a hot market and we did at least ten offers on properties before cinching in on the double wide or manufactured market place. 2021
