Summer was patient and dealt with a first time buyers and young realtors with unrealistic expectations for a 1960 home. After repairs Summer got the earnest money for me. The buyer decided not to take the house after all the demands were met. There were lowball offers al so and then an older couple did buy the house. They were pleased to get it with: refinished hardwoods; updates to the plumbing, new paint and laminate. This house sold in 2017 but it was not in the best area of Huntsville. Summer did a great job and is really nice to work with.
