Chauncey is absolutely amazing! I decided to start my home search in the middle of a pandemic which may not have been the best idea if I did not find Chauncey. After reading her reviews on realtor.com, I reached out to her and she called me within 24 hours. As this was my first time going through the home buying process, Chauncey walked me through the every detail including pre-approval, pre-qualification as well as determining my needs. Once we passed the pre approval (which was lengthy process mostly due to have quite a bit of student loan debt which Chauncey connected me with the right people based on my circumstances.), we started house hunting. I travel a lot for work and knowing this, Chauncey made adjustments to her schedule to make herself available to look at different homes. FYI - I decided to go with a new construction as opposed to a pre-sale and Chauncey took me to over a dozen builders until I made a choice and was comfortable with the choice.
