I have bought many houses and sold many houses over the past 30 years. Telea England, is the most knowledgeable Real estate person that I ever had. I will say one thing, she honest, if theres a problem she gets it resolved. I know that firsthand. I have seen her at work and the selling of my house, we had a problem with the Buyer. The problem was in the HOA covenants she got that resolved. in the process she save two other sellers on selling their home in the same neighborhood with the same buyer. We were at closing and found out that the buyer was back out on the problem was with the HOA . She got the problem resolved that day and we signed the papers that evening.
