Noah's team was fantastic. I worked with Chris King in his office. I was hesitant about reaching out at first, as I'd talked with another realtor with a different company whose attitude did not impress me, and a few of my colleagues warned me that their realtors had been pretty useless through the process. However, I had nothing but positive experiences with the team in Noah's office. Chris worked with me for over a year, driving out to look at a number of different condos and houses from Beaverton to east Portland nearly out to Gresham. He was responsive and down to earth, generally responding to me within a few hours, at all hours of the day and night, and even on weekends. He was well-informed and was quick to alert me to any potential red flags, so I felt comfortably assured that I wouldn't be misled into buying some kind of subpar place. During the negotiation process, Chris was attentive and on the ball as we negotiated with the listing agent, and he never once made me feel like I was taking too long or being too picky. The team was well-organized and attentive and stuck with me through the entire process, through signing of all paperwork and following up with me several times afterward to make sure I was settling into the new place all right. Perhaps my colleagues were unimpressed with their realtors because they were already familiar with the process, but as someone entirely new to the experience who was buying her first home on her own, I was thankful to Chris's guidance, and to Noah's team's organization and efforts. 2017

I am going to try to keep this short but no promises. When we first met with Adam, I was highly skeptical to be honest. He seemed confident he could be the one to find us a home we would love; at this point, we had already worked with four other realtors so you can see why I was a little unsure. I am so extremely happy that we decided to stick it out with Adam and his team, the experience was amazing. We encountered just about every roadblock possible but Adam was there for us the entire time and was good about communication, which was my biggest thing. It was a long emotional journey but after three offers that either fell though or were beat out, we found the perfect home for our family. He researched every question I had regarding repairs, homeowners association, and questions on the legal forms. He provided understandable explanations. Kept communicating with us throughout the ups and downs of the sales process, and made it easy for paperwork preparation and signing. The photograph he hired to photograph our house was outstanding. We've bought and sold 11 houses in our lives and we've always had to do a lot more work to help past realtors (like take our own pictures because theirs were bad). Not the case with Noah.
