Andrea was wonderful. She listed my home and it sold in a couple of days over ask. No sale issues. Then we went on a house hunt. I changed my mind several times and she adapted. This was a difficult sell. There was a lot of negotiation conversations between attorneys and lawyers and Andrea was on top of her game. She was responsive to my inquiries. I do not believe anybody else could have done a better job 2019
I gave Andrea 5 stars but if I could give her 10 I would. She is amazing. Her knowledge and expertise of the market are so extremely valuable whether you are a buyer or seller. She truly understands her market and stays abreast of all market info and trends. In my opinion, she is absolutely brilliant. I have used Andrea for multiple deals in the past and she has never led me wrong. My most recent deal was the sale of a condo I owned for around 8 years. I told her what I wanted - a sale within 1 to 2 months and we accomplished that at a price I was more than happy with, which actually exceeded my expectations. A lot of people don't realize it, but when selling a home, if you miscalculate the sale price by even a little, it can mean the difference of your home sitting on the market and not selling for a long time. Andrea truly has her finger on the pulse of the market. She understands it so well and this is why she is my go to real estate Agent every time - I love Andrea, she is the best, hands down the best, no agent has ever come close. There's not enough good things I can say. Andrea was also my Agent as a buyer on a number of previous deals. She found me exactly what I was looking for and steered me away from a couple of properties that I suggested, where she had knowledge where I was lacking and believe me, I'm pretty savvy - there's not a lot I miss. Andrea was not only my realtor, she became a mentor and a friend that got me thru this difficult journey. I chose Andrea because she showed compassion and understanding of my choice to sell the home.
