Joy is such an effective and knowledgeable realtor! She helped us navigate a difficult housing market and explained all the little details of buying a house that we had no idea about. Joy has even helped us with problems that cropped up after we moved in - our cat ate some rat poison that was accidentally left in our house, and as soon as she heard, Joy set to work contacting the sellers agent to find out what kind it was.
