My fianc and I recently were approved to buy our first house as we needed room for our growing family and our mortgage broker, Mike Watson, referred Cindy to us and told us she was excellent. Before I tell you about our interaction with Cindy, let me tell you a couple of things about myself. First, I have decades of experience in sales and service. So my expectations with regard to service are incredibly high. I'm also a high anxiety and low patience personality. I guess i should start by saying that me and my wife are first time home buyers,we have always rented because we were unsure of buying a home because all the steps and the horror stories we have heard from other people about their realtor but after our experience with Cindy I wish we would have done it a long time ago.

From the first day I contacted Cindy about buying a house, she instantly connected me with listings that suited my criteria of a home.
