I started to work with Timothy Langhauser at April 2016. I took a look on couple of condos, but there were an issues , because I was a first time home buyer and some conditions din't satisfied me well. At the end of the June 2016 I finally found a nice condo and started a process. It takes me 45 days to finish it, and it was smooth. I didn't have any troubles - and at August 26 I signed all needed papers and became a homeowner.
