We originally bought out house from Joanie and knew when we wanted to sell it that she was the one we wanted to work with again.
Joanie had to deal with renters that were in our house when it was listed. They were VERY difficult to deal with-blocking showings and downright rude but she was Great and critical to getting them out before the closing.
We were living in Denver when our house closed and Joanie and her husband even helped with repairs and getting our house ready for closing-unheard of!!
