We had to clean out my mother's house after she passed and we knew it would be a long process. Annette still met with us at the house months before we were ready to list. She helped guide us and was upfront with her answers when we asked questions. She even took a special trip down to shovel the driveway for us when we weren't able to!! We were blown away by her act of kindness. My siblings and I were comforted by the fact that she genuinely cared and wanted us to be happy with the offer we accepted.
