Kim has been a total pleasure to work with. Just prior to our arrival in Ruston in 2017, we called Kim on the recommendation of a soon-to-be colleague. We had one weekend to try to fine a home (as we were traveling from Iowa) and Kim made it happen! Her experience with the market in and around Ruston and her expertise in real estate made what could have been a stressful buying experience from 800 miles away a pretty seamless one instead.

We loved working with Kim so much that when it was time for us to sell 5 years later we called her again! She navigated a fast market while always maintaining her cool. Kim was always available to answer our questions and would often anticipate our needs.

Most importantly, Kim is a great person. Her kindness and care really show in how she does her work, and we have certainly benefitted from having her in our lives during what can often be a stressful time.
