Let me start by saying that there are truly not enough amazing things to say about this team. I could write an infinite novel, and it still wouldnt come close to explaining how exceptional the Duncan group truly is. Let me start by saying that my husband and I are DIFFICULT. We are stubborn, controlling, anxious, impatient, and borderline crazy. We called Kristin in a bind, a newborn in hand, and a Penske truck in the driveway, last minute. She dropped everything and took on our listing without a single hesitation. We were so sad to part ways with our home, but were offered an opportunity in another state, that we couldnt pass up. Kristin worked with us to get things done quickly, efficiently, and with ease. Her and Tanner worked tirelessly to make sure our house came to close in a timely manner, and in the price point parameters we were hoping for. They took beautiful photos, promoted the house on all social media avenues, posted a YouTube video focusing on the best features of our home, and hosted open house after open house to make sure the property got the exposure we were hoping for. They were communicative, kind, understanding, and most importantly, listened to our wants and needs. They put our minds at ease and assured us that things would work out, regardless of the swirling chaos around us. We never second guessed a single piece of advice Kristin gave us. We honestly felt like we could put our complete and utter trust in her and not think twice about it. They didnt let us down. We knew what was going on, at all times, no matter what. Closing was an absolute breeze, even from another state! We cant even begin to describe the hard work, effort, kindness, and compassion we were met with, by every single member on this team. Selling a house is never an easy process, but Kristin and her team really did make everything simple. They took copious amounts of stress off of our shoulders and are hands down the most professional people we have ever been lucky enough to meet. This is a long overdue review for Kristin. We worked with her in 2021. We first reached out to her in 2019 to start looking for a house, but with a new baby and COVID, we kept postponing it. She was never pushy but from time to time, would check in on us. In October 2021, our landlord decided to sell and we had to find a house fast. Kristin worked closely with us and helped us find something in our budget in such a short time and a crazy housing market. She offered great advice and knew Orlando area so well! We are first time home buyers and had a TON of questions. She was extremely responsive and worked with all our schedules and needs. I felt like we were her only client even when she had other clients, selling her own house, moving to a different state and getting married! We offered to 10+ houses but kept getting rejected because of our VA loan. She was extremely patient with us. She does not push you to her own biases, unlike other real estate agents I have met. Her customer service is superb and she gets to know you in a personal level. She even found us a contractor during Christmas week to get our house painted before move-in.
The reason I decided to write this review now is, it has been 10 months since we closed. Kristin still keeps in touch and asks how we are doing. We even have asked for recommendations for contractors and plumbers, and she continues to help us out. We are extremely grateful for her. You will not regret working with her.
