He also set up appointments for us did all the leg work and negotiating for us. He was super professional in all aspects. He treated us like you would expect a friend would treat you. Phil sold my house and i got a great price for it thanks to. However that was not the problem. I bought a house that he had listed I put the offer in in June. Submitted all the paperwork and it took two and a half months for the loan to hit. In the meantime there were times that I was a basket case and Phil kept me calm told me everything was going to be alright. He was clear with all the paperwork and the whole process of explaining things to me. If you are selling your house I would highly recommend Phil. He tells it like it is.
