Wow! Where should I start? Joy and I have an extended history dating back to elementary school. When I decided to purchase my second home in 2019, Joy made buying a house such a breeze! Years prior, I experienced a few issues and/or growing pains. When I explained my first purchase experience, Joy never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Fast forward to June of 2022. I reached out to Joy pointing out that I was ready and prepared to not only place my 2019 purchase on the market, but also purchase something more spacious. In August of 2022 and a few transactions later, Joy made it happen.
Well, the next 5 years of my life are crucial. My only child/13 year old son will be heading off to college, rendering me an official empty-nester. With that said, I have a yet another decision to make in 5 years that will involve Joy's assistance. I trust and believe that me next journey will be the grand finale of my home ownership.
Joy was actually a joy to work with there were times that it got hard and I wanted to just give up but she encouraged me and stood beside me through the whole process. At times I thought that I was in a battle or war as many times that I was knocked down I kept getting back up and I kept hearing enjoys voice telling me Don't give up jemez it's going to happen for you you a good person and you've worked so hard for years to get your home she was definitely a motivator a hard worker and when one lender did not come through for me she was always there to find another lender for me. Joy is the type of realtor that would definitely work hard for you to find you the home of your dreams no matter how hard it gets she would be right there to the whole process by your side she is a true professional in every meaning of the word there's not many realtors out there like joy I work with some before they wanted to give up on me but she never did and that's the thing that I like so much about her she's a family woman a mother a wife a daughter and being all that she still remains professional and I commend her for that and I can truly say that Joy Gross should win some type of real estate award especially putting up with all of the pressure that I put on her when I got frustrated she just smiled and said that it'll be okay I wish I'd have known about her years ago I would have definitely and I do mean definitely been in my dream home. I remember that I jokingly said to her Joy you should be the realtor of the year and I don't want to forget about my broker Miss Sheila Floyd boy she work hard for me as well with this dynamic duo nope person should go wrong in closing I would like to say kudos to her for all the hard work that she does each and every day.
