Nicole Patterson was wonderful to my husband & me throughout our whole house-hunting/buying process. We could not have asked for a more genuine, accommodating, experienced, and trustworthy realtor.
We live & work 3 hours from Cole county, Missouri and there were times in this crazy market when a house would sell before we even had a chance to go look at it. But Nicole would show up at a house, do a walk through & give us a video tour, saving us several times from having to even make the trip. She worked hard to make herself available on every level.
We greatly appreciated Nicole's expertise & trustworthiness in identifying and explaining how seemingly insignificant issues could become big, expensive problems down the road. She spared us from making some choices on "nice looking" houses that would have eventually become financial burdens.
We also valued, and continue to value, her vast knowledge of Cole county and the surrounding area, including places to eat, things to see and do, and names of reputable electricians & the like!
If we or our children should ever need a realtor in the future, Nicole Patterson is the one we will both go to and recommend. House hunting and buying can be exciting and new! It can also be a slowww, frustrating, heart-hammering, emotional process. There is no one we would have wanted to walk us through this more than Nicole.
