Kristin was recommended to me highly by a friend, and I quickly found it was for good reason. I could not have been more impressed with her professionalism and expertise from our initial meeting through closing on the sale of our farm several months later. She came thoroughly prepared for our first meeting, having done a significant amount of research on our property and its characteristics and history. It was clear that she knew the market in our community well, and also was versed in theunique challenges associated with selling equestrian properties. She helped us decide which repairs and improvements would yield a return on investment, and which we shouldn't waste time or resources on. I was grateful for her advice and practicality every step of the way. Kristin went above and beyond to help us line up and oversee contractors while I was out of state and worked collaboratively throughout the entire process. She expertly and strategically marketed the farm, and we had multiple offers above asking on the first weekend the home was listed as a result of her efforts. I also was exceptionally grateful for the care she took to ensure that our animals remained safe during preparations for and showing of the property.
On a more personal note, Kristin is unfailingly kind and generous with her time and talent. Our farm sale was the result of a difficult personal situation, and she was compassionate and supportive during a stressful and thorny emotional period.
