I was introduced to Jeannine through my wife and as I am with any service based industry person who I didn't have the chance to interview or research, I was skeptical. I do not trust quickly and I am one to expect that whoever I work with in this sort of business provides actual value. I look for and expect that a realtor is someone who is going to give me an edge in the market, look out for my best interests, and provide quality service and value.

We were unsure the area we wanted to be in specifically and she did a great job helping us find options across a variety of locations and price points. She balanced well giving us her candid opinion regarding value without steamrolling our thoughts and opinions. She had good insights that we appreciated. Often she would coordinate same day showings when something came on the market we were interested in. We found this helpful and enabling in our process. Knowing we could rely on Jeannine to be prompt assisted in lowering our stress level.
When it came time to make an offer she gave us excellent comps for properties in the area in order to make our offer attractive to the sellers. It was due to her work and insight in this area that allowed us to land a home on our second offer.

I had many many questions and she demonstrated patience and knowledge regarding all the inquires I had from the fine print to general market. Jeannine served as the single point of contact for us as we navigated inspections, questions for the township, quotes for a roof replacement, or inquiries at the title company. We appreciated this greatly as it simplified our experience.
