Mandy was a great negotiator and knows every aspect of buying and selling property. She help us find the right home when others would have probably given up. She will help you through negotiations, financing, inspections, appraisals, and title work. She knows the best path and the pitfalls to avoid. I have seen Realtors that make the process difficult but Mandy will make it a positive experience. She is so good, I have used her for several other projects since she helped me find our home.
