Upon arriving to NM, my wife and I interviewed several realtors and checked references. After doing a good amount of 'homework', we decided to go with David. His knowledge of the local market, in addition to his knowledge in the construction of the houses in the Los Alamos area was important to us. He has good connections with contractors that can help make improvements, and got us into a house with a good amount of land, unique style, and great bones, while being $100K under our limit.

In the tight housing market of Los Alamos, his level of experience is critical to obtaining a house.
