He made the process extremely straightforward and was always happy to sit down or take a call and explain to us the whole process and what was expected of us. He was as hands-on or off as we needed him to be, depending on the week. He was sympathetic to our wish list and mourned with us if we didn't get an offer accepted. He allowed us total freedom in our opinions and what we wanted and didn't try to persuade us to change our criteria. His communications were always prompt, whether email, texts, calling, etc, and we felt like we could contact Kirk with any question, anytime. He never made us feel dumb for asking.

We were moving to the area from out of state and we were referred to Kirk to help us find our new home. We had a specific time frame to move and we were looking for a home with specific amenities. It was not an easy combination. Kirk jumped right on it and helped us narrow our search by area and amenities. When it came time to fly in and look at homes Kirk cleared his schedule to match ours and made us feel like we were his only clients. He had multiple appointments setup. We saw every home we showed interest in within two days plus some that Kirk thought we might like.
