I have to say that Joanna was a joy to work with. Very transparent and open. Always answered our questions with honesty and options. A good advisor on everything from the property to the neighborhood to the region to the financing and on and on. She made us feel super confident in seeing the value of the property and the region. It was absolutely clear that she loved the area and her enthusiasm was infectious. I also appreciated her patience and humor. i think my bride and i found a new friend.
