It is terrible to have a Representative of an owner to take care of and renting of this Apartments in this building..TERRIBLE...I would NEVER LET THIS MAN TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING I OWNED....HE WOULD NOT WORK WITH ANYONE LIVING THERE WHEN THE WATER BREAKS....YES I WAS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING FOR FUTURE BUT NOT AFTER SEEING AND TALKING WITH RESIDENTS....
