So I have to say having been in sales and customer service all my life I can be a bit picky. I like someone who is real someone trustworthy and honest. I don't deal with used car salesman types. I prefer what I call a Midwest sense of business. Your word is your bond. Under promise over deliver, and do what is right because it's right not because you're forced to. My favorite phrase, "Integrity is what you do when no one else is looking." That is Jim Cutajar in a nutshell, and if that's the kind of person you want to deal with look no further Jim is your guy. He's straight forward and honest. He'll give you the facts work hard for you, and he is on the ball. Anything I needed was ready before I new I needed it. Jim is 100% looking out for you and in your corner. I can't imagine having to navigate buying a home without Jim. Jim saw around the corners for me, before I even knew the corner was coming, and when it came to finding what I wanted in a home he was right on the money. Jim listened to all my hopes dreams wants and desires for our home. Even when I flipped and flopped between a resale home or new build he never flinched. When I changed criteria he simply rolled with it and never batted an eye. I was NEVER made to feel like any request change or question was foolish or bothersome. Jim let me know he was here to get me what I wanted. When we found the home we wanted he got us a smoking deal and made our deal as pain free as possible. Not only did I end up with a beautiful home, but a lifelong friend. As a mom the highest praise I could give him is this, I would hire him as the real estate agent for my daughter without ever having to think about it, and have the absolute assurance my daughter was in the best hands possible.
