very poor experience. His seller delayed settlement and Mr. Russ went beligerent over "not getting his check"(repeated many times) and berating other agent.
He was threatening and just wanted to give someone a hard time (I think because he didn't get a check).
He got his check the following day after his seller got papers to title company.
I would not recommend anyone with such an explosive temper.
