Dave Landon went over and above expectations! He has provided customer service at a level that will not soon be forgotten. The Landon Team was always helpful and quick to answer questions. This was the first house I have sold in 39 years and it was scary but Dave help answer all questions. He provided all the paper work and presented it so it could be understood. He help during the entire process getting the best possible price for the property. He was a true professional. He helped with so many things and many of them were not even Real Estate related but he pitched in and helped.
