Sold us a terrible house in Boca Raton and it ended up costing a fortune to fix the problems with the house. We ended up having to sell because it almost bankrupted us. Stay away from him if you want a realtor who will find you a good house. An agent is supposed to help the buyer find a home that will be a financial asset, not one that will destroy your savings account.
