A friend rents a home from his realty company and has been treated terribly. Without air for 3 months, plumbing was so bad she couldn't move in for 2 months and had the nerve to bill her for it. I have never seen a realty company so money driven and could care less about their tenants. I am dumbfounded with the office manager and her lack of social or business skills. The way she treats people is atrocious. Refuses to return calls and just hateful. Rent was raised after they purchased a bad property then laid the financial burden on her. How any of this is legal is beyond me. Do not rent buy or sell with this person or Taylor made realty/ synergy property they are bad news. Outright told her they focus on vacant properties first because it's easier while her children are burning up in 100 degree heat with no AC. Blown away here
