I've worked with Laurie as both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. As a buyer's agent, she did a fine job. As a seller's agent, I was disappointed. From the beginning to the end, I felt like Laurie was not invested in selling my home. She didn't schedule an open house until it was already on the market for a few weeks. She did a poor job managing access into my vacant home. While my home was vacant, Laurie threw away some of my personal belongings into the trash without permission and made me pay for the disposal fee despite the home being weeks away from closing.
