Joni is absolutly awesome. We where living in south dakota when we decided to sell our house in florida. She did absolutly everything from getting the house maintained and cleaned after renters left. To helping with storm damage after the hurrican hit in 2017. Joni her self went over and pulled weeds out of the flower bed when the renters left!!!!!! I have sold many houses now and I have never seen a agent go that far we quickly sold our house after the hurricane making a good profit.
