Would give her 10 stars not just 5! We interviewed 9 agents and Rain Silverhawk Sandpoint Realty was head and shoulders above them all. Her communication was unparalleled and always took time to explain things, answer our questions and advise us. The market had slowed interest rates rising and she still had over 40 showings and she was present for them all. She helped us arrange for packing, cleaning, painting, and repairs. When the first offer failed, she had another to take its place. It was a pleasure to work with Rain and appreciate everything she did for us. I highly recommend her.
