I recommend jeb stewart for any first time homebuyer or seller. Since the process of buying is a journey especially if you have never owned a home before. He is a great negotiator when it comes to contracts he stuck by us through all the ups and downs. No matter what questions we had to ask be at the time of day or night he was always there to answer the phone. We did a lan home package which is considerably complicated when it comes to contracts but he was there to make sure that all surveys got done and if a problem did arise he took it to a personal level to get it solved. I feel like he definitely went well above and beyond what any other realtor would do for their client.

My dad has dementia and I (his daughter) have power of attorney. I live 2 hours south. Jeb (John E.B. Stewart) was great at talking to my dad (and patient), keeping me informed, and sending me papers to sign electronically so I didn't have to make the drive every time. He helped smooth the way when I was doing the signing and my dad might have been feeling left out. He helped me connect with a repairman to get a few things fixed up before he took photos. Jeb made the whole experience less stressful and the sale seemed to take no time at all once all the forms were signed.

Jeb (John E.B. Stewart) was the best. I am so grateful that I got lucky enough to connect with him to sell my dad's property. He was kind and patient with both me and my dad, who has dementia. He kept me informed through email and text messages and took care of all the paperwork mostly by computer since I live 2 hours away.

Jeb's listing description and photos of the property were considerably more than I expected. He even used a drone to take photos. My dad's property which is nice but has experienced some neglect recently sold in just 2 days after listing. I can't even imagine anyone being able to do better than Jeb. He is definitely the best.

He also took care of a rental property my dad had been managing himself but was no longer capable of handling. Jeb spoke to the renter himself and got him to sign the Century 21 rental agreement. Jeb (John E.B. Stewart) made all of the arrangements to switch over the management of the property and the management of the payments to Century 21. He was kind and respectful and made the renter feel comfortable about the switch.

I highly recommend Jeb and Century 21 for selling property and for managing a rental property.

John E.B. Stewart went above and beyond in making our dream come true. We were looking in different areas besides Lake City area. John took the time and showed us houses in 3-4 towns. I mean several houses before my husband and I would agree on one. John was patient with us. He always communicated via email, texting or phone call. He always would return my calls. He worked hard for his commission. He recommended businesses that would be able to do inspections and give estimates. He even made the phone calls for us to get the estimates and inspections completed.
When looking in other areas, the agency would take your name and number and I would never get a phone call back without me having to follow up constantly. John followed up with us instead of me following up with him. That is outstanding customer service to me.

When we started looking at houses we just knew it would be a headache and a stressful process. We contacted JEB for his help and expertise. He was patient with us even though we were picky and knew exactly what we wanted. He sent us information on all the available houses within our budget. He wanted us to see everything that was out there for us. He did great with communication and follow ups. He truly knows the business. Even though it's his part time job, he treats it as if it were his full time job. Anytime we needed him or contacted him, he was there. He helped us find the perfect house for our family.
