So many examples of his dedication: -He changed his plans on a Saturday at the last minute to go to the Open House for the house we wanted to purchase. It was a last minute find and he was able to do a video tour to help us feel more comfortable with moving forward with the offer. -He worked with the Agent to make sure she understood how serious we were and that he would make sure that the deal would go smoothly. This ensured that when the first buyers backed out, the first agent the seller's realtor followed up with was Andy. -He has been such a great adviser on what to bid and sticking to the inspection requirement.
