Lynne was wonderful throughout an arduous 27 month building process. We started a new build in the WaterWays township in Richmond Hill just prior to the COVID outbreak and ended up seeing delay after delay. Lynne helped us to keep up with the building process and stay on top of the project though the craziness of the quarantines and an ever-changing build team. We saw 5 building supervisors come and go, lackluster work from trades, and some crazy real estate market movement.
