Mr. Robinson has been a friend of mine for over 20 years. We met and dated when he lived in the Atlanta, GA area. Through the years he remained one of my best friends. This is why he was trusted as a Realtor to help me and my elderly parents find a home in the Ft. Lauderdale area, so they could have a place to visit during the winter months. In turn we received rude behavior. This was a scheduled appointment for us that he scheduled. After we flew in and spent thousands of dollars on plane tickets and hotels he met with us once for a brief moment. In that meeting, he made rude comments, saying he has other clients and we cant get in to see townhomes bc it has to be scheduled a month in advance (all not true.)
He was rude and arrogant, he didnt send us 1 listing. My parents are fragile and he did not care about their needs and brushed us off. He continuously made unprofessional remarks about needing money. In previous weeks he assured my elderly mother we were in good hands. Only to be rude, lack knowledge, disrespectful and dangerous.
