Eric helped us buy our first (smaller) home in Cocoa Beach in 2021, and with our family growing, he just helped us buy a new, larger home.
Both times, he was able thoughtfully negotiate with sellers in a way that we ended up below list price for both (tough to do in 2021!) and in a way that was genuine and comfortable to all parties. He has seemed genuinely respected by the seller's realtors both times and is thoughtful in negotiating in a way that lead us to get great homes. It was never a stressful experience. Throughout the process he added value by connecting us with contractors, repair people, insurance brokers, and being extremely helpful and polite. Wow! I never would have dreamed that moving to Florida from out of state could be so easy. But Eric made it happen. Over a year ago, we started looking for a home in Florida. I talked to a couple of other realtors on the phone and they didn't seem like the right fit. When I talked to Eric, he was knowledgeable and patient! He was never a "pushy salesman". When we visited last year, he took a couple of days and showed us multiple houses which we liked, but just didn't love. And when we told him we were going to wait a little while, he was perfectly ok with it. He didn't continually call us or inundate us with emails. When we were finally ready, and found "the one" it was well over a year later. He got us in and negotiated an excellent price, almost $17,000 LESS then the asking price! Then while we packed our belongings in Indiana, he continued to check on the house, since it was empty, to make sure it was taken care of until we moved in. I live in Ca and had no idea who could sell my condo. Eric was recommended to me by a local Florida friend who sold her condo. Eric was congenial, knowledgeable and persistence during the transaction period. I wasn't able to locate some important documents but Eric reassured me he would locate them and he did.
