When we were looking for our house, we knew what we wanted and had a tight window with which to buy. We had a terrible experience with a local, competing realtor (personal recommendation) who showed her massive ego from the first time we met her and treated us with indifference, just to name a few issues. Valerie Stover represented the OPPOSITE of all that. We called Val up after after reading many online reviews about Jackson area realtors and having a personal recommendatoion to use her too. She was hard working, compassionate, constantly communicative, as well as a genuine person who put herself in our shoes and really cared about us moving in our time window. Through emails, calls, and texts, she continuously kept us up to date and was tireless with her work ethic; she even went on a vacation OUT of the country and had another realtor ready to help AS WELL as kept emailing and stayed in touch while SHE was vacationing each night. I doubt many realtors have the integrity to pull that off! If you are looking for a person who has honesty, loyalty, and a relentless attitude of service, Val is the lady you need. We will always go back to Valerie Stover for advice and questions, whether we are buying or just looking.
