This is not a personal review on Mr. Fritz and his team. This is a report card on my experience as a business leader in my profession for the last 30 years. The house sold lower than expected in a market that is a sellers market. We are from out of State, the 25 pages of documents that needed to be signed were left for us to do on our own. The team did not leave any instructions or guides on what to sign or where to sign. My sister and I had to figure it out on our own. We don't do this everyday so it was more stressful that it needed to be. There needed to be more hand holding for what we where expected to do. I personally talked with Chris and asked him if there was more info needed to contact me and not my sister. He needed something more and contacted my sister instead of just me. If you are looking to improve from this experience, I would suggest more hand holding on the steps that may seem obvious to you, but not to the customer. Thank you. 2021

He is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of search engines and databases to market our home. When we suggested a change in pictures, and a drone view it was done in a day.
