Susan was unprofessional and rude when speaking with her over the phone about one of her listings.. I would not recommend to anyone if you are looking for a positive, warm and friendly experience. I also noticed Susans listing always have few and blurry/ poor quality pictures. 2023
With my husbands job, we move a lot. When we were transferred, again, we chose Susan Li as our realtor, and we are so grateful and lucky we did. She not only kept her word and followed through with EVERYTHING she said she would do, but she went above and beyond and she knew what our mobility company wanted and expected. We followed Susans advice and our house sold extremely quickly because of her hard work, her networking, and calling to show our house to buyers in the market. If we ever are transferred back up to the same area in New York, I am going to make sure we get to work with Susan again, as our realtor. If youre buying or selling, she will work FOR YOU as YOUR agent!!! We are/were extremely happy with Susan Li, and I cant say enough about how efficient and excellent she is. 2019
