Jenny was our listing agent for the sale of our house, and we knew we wanted to hire her to purchase the replacement home. We hired her to list our house because she responded to our request from Realtor.com right away and was responsive and enthusiastic, with a number of great ideas for marketing our house aggressively. She really knows the local area. Those were critical requirements for us because we had already listed with one agent (not a BHHS agent) who failed to sell the house in six months, and we had a year to sell under a relocation agreement. Jenny got that accomplished, and she did not stop trying to think of new and creative ways to market our home until she got it sold. She really went above and beyond to address concerns that potential buyers expressed. Once we got an offer, she negotiated well with the buyer's agent and we ended up being pleased with the sales price. On the purchasing side, Jenny went above and beyond to help us look and find the home that was right for us. We made one offer on a house that ended up resulting in a terrible counteroffer, and she was willing to contact the seller's agent and inquire whether they were sure they wanted to make that counter. We ended up declining the counter and offering on a different house. It worked out for the best, but Jenny went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She negotiated hard for us on the purchase of the other house, and then she worked so well with the sellers' agent that it ended up being the easiest and most pleasant house purchase and closing we have ever had. We have been privileged to work with some good real estate agents in the past, but Jenny is simply the best. Plus, she is extremely personable and enthusiastic. Working with her was an absolute joy. We used Jenny Smith to sell our first home that we lived in for 12 years. Within a couple days on the market in February 2015 we had an offer! She also helped us find the perfect house to buy and we bought the house under asking price! Although, we were picky about the house we wanted she was patient with us and we never felt rushed to make a decision. The whole selling and buying process was a smooth process.
