Kelly Johnston was personable, professional and knowledgeable of the market. The property listed was undeveloped woods in an isolated area off of a rarely used county road. While the first meeting was not at the property site, it was productive as Kelly had taken the time to become familiar with the property and surrounding area. We asked Kelly to take over the sale of our property and guide us in the right direction. Within a few days after signing with Kelly, she had the house was being shown. Kelly had more viewing in two weeks than we had had in six months with the previous agent. We had a buyer in less than a month. The first one fell through. But, with in two weeks we had another contract on the house and it sold. Kelly, answered her phone anytime we called, text or communicated with her. Kelly found our dream home. It was everything we wanted and way out of our price range. However since it had been on the market a while due to COVID and buyers had dropped out she was able to talk owners into dropping the price to match our budget. We are in love with our house and the land. Thanks Kelly!!!
