Selling our home with Ryan was great! Fast Worker - she came over for the consultation and within a week our house was on the market. She is extremely knowledgeable in what is popular with current home buyers so her recommendations on what to 'touch up' or 'let be' were spot on. She pulled comps on surrounding homes and priced our place just right - it sold at asking price for cash to the first lookers though we had multiple offers after 3 days. I asked tons of probably annoying and repeat questions, and she always stayed smiling, calm and eager to answer. Ryan kept us informed and guided us on next steps through the entire process, and is still doing so as we look to buy. Ryan was helpful in finding our first home. She is patient and knowledgeable on what to look for in a home and she is quick to respond to any questions.
