We found Tony when we were searching Zillow for homes in Delaware to retire in. Tony provided us with several beautiful resale houses to look at but in the end we decided on new construction. If you think you really dont need a realtor for new construction, I would tell you to rethink that decision. Tony helped us to understand how the process of purchasing a home is different in DE than in New Jersey. He explained the transfer tax, referred us to an inspector who inspected are home during construction which was vital, found us or mortgage lender and most of all he negotiated our sales price! Tony was always extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He was prompt if not immediate in answering any questions I had! He also did a great job in balancing the communications between myself and my brother in California. He also did a great job in getting the 2 offers (might I add after only 1 week on the market) to come up with counter offers is a clever way. The house sold in 1 week!!! Tony is extremely knowledgeable about the home and its history not to mention the area we bought. He helped us navigate through an auction which we had no knowledge of. Time had many suggestions about renovations that would make our home more valuable. He was there for us through every step.
