She had comps that showed us we would have listed the house $15,000 too low on our own. When we were ready to list, the team had it on Facebook and their website within the hour. We had multiple showings and two offers before the end of the same day! She talked us through weighing our offers and our house was under contract within 25 hours which was $21,000 more than we thought we could list it for. Once the inspection came back with the Buyer's requests, Deb helped secure many of the contractors to get the items taken care of.
