My husband and I moved to Whiteland, IN from Arizona in 2017. We contacted Jamie only a few days before our visit to Indiana. Jamie, without hesitation, set up a full day on the weekend to show us every house that I wanted to see based on the homes she sent to me. Every house that we went into Jamie would be taking notes on the comments and concerns that my husband and I would express. Not once did we feel like we were working with a "salesman" . We knew that she was truly looking out for our best interest and made certain that we ended up in the home we were meant to be in. We never felt pressured to settle in just any home. She consistently reassured us that she would find the home that we loved. That same week we visited the area we put an offer in on our home. We were nervous about the process since we had to go back home to AZ. She never let us down. We were three hours behind and that never stopped her from working with us. She would respond to every email, text or phone call immediately. She truly made us feel like we were important to her. Our closing was seamless because of her. Honestly, yes, she went above and beyond when she was our realtor, but that isn't what impressed us most. Like I mentioned before, we relocated from AZ to IN, we didn't know much about the area and needed more help with getting to know the area as well as trustworthy people to hire for various jobs.
