The realtor you choose makes a difference in the sale of your house. Choose Suzy. After using another realtor for the first three months of our listing, we were blown away by Suzy's work ethic and the extras she did to help us sell our house. She spoke with lenders, appraisers, and experts to help understand the specific intricacies of our house and how she could pitch that. She brought other realtors into the home to understand what improvements could be made, and then helped us make them happen. Her communication was amazing. She always made us aware of her plan and the next steps.
When we ultimately got the offer that resulted in the sale of the house, she talked us through all of our options and gave her opinion without being pushy to the direction that was most beneficial to her. She also reached out to the buyer's agent to understand really what the buyer wanted in the sale. I could go on and on and on about Suzy, but retain her and find out about her through your own experience.
