I initially called Wade because I saw one of his listings in CDA and my girlfriend said we had received mailers from him at home in CA. When I called Wade he was on vacation in the Bahamas and yet he answered his phone, I liked that.

At the time I had an offer in on a property in Hayden which I ended up buying.

A month later another duplex came up for sale on Jadynn the same street where I had just purchased. We wanted to buy the home if we could sell our other property in CDA.
